Techniques for enlightenment also banish depression and anxiety ,,, Brain waves.

It is estimated that 1/3 of Americans experience depression and anxiety at some point in their life. I will share my personal findings of the cause and the cure.

The good news is the path to enlightenment does banish the baser emotions of fear. So how can we cultivate and feel on every level the power of the purest Love? There are many many paths ,,, all with some merit. I will tell you my thoughts and techniques that have worked for me.

State Brain Wave Frequency Associated With
Beta 14 – 21 cycles per second (cps) and higher Waking State, the five senses. Perception of Time and Space
Alpha 7 – 14 cps Light sleep, meditation, intuition. No Time & Space limitation.
Theta 4 – 7 cps Deeper Sleep, Meditation.
Delta 0 – 4 cps Deep Sleep. You are unconscious at Delta.

The trick is to lower your brain wave frequency while remaining awake. It used to take years of meditation to train your brain to reach these lower brain waves. Now with head phones and a cd your brain can be trained very quickly ,,, often in the first session you can feel the difference. Time seems irrelevant and visions flow. This accompanied with control of internal dialog is enlightenment!

Until you find the brain sync cd that serves you the best try this simple method. Feel your eyes are sleepy ,,, you feel relaxed like you are falling asleep. Imagine a metronome clicking ,,, clicking slower ,,, and then slower yet.

I use my own metaphor. Beta is the lizard mind. Fight or flight are only the basic choices. Stuck in Beta; irritable, too aware of every second, trapped there long enough there is depression.

When you drop your brain wave to alpha there is the mammal mind. You have multiple choices and it is impossible to be depressed.

The right frequency is more than a name ,,, it is a metaphor ,,, it is the passport to the control of your emotions, dreams, present peace, and material abundance.

There are four basic brain waves-> 1) delta - deep sleep, body regenerates. 2) theta - dream sleep / awake visions 3) alpha - calm awake, peaceful awareness, work along happily, time seems to move ahead smoothly. 4) beta - anxious, time does not move smoothly, anger, fear, defensive thinking.

Being able to induce/control any/all of these brain waves at will *especially Alpha/Theta ; along with the positive potential of internal dialog(the voice that talks in your thoughts) will give you mastery for your eternal present happiness. FILTER YOUR THOUGHTS accept only the Best.
,,, make every thought from the beta mind very small ,,, small and dim.

For each of these archetypes I will use a name to represent the brain wave for the sake of poetic license.

Delta-*deep sleep ,,, *peaceful oblivion Theta-*the mystic *connection to infinite Alpha-*mammal brain *man or woman of peace Beta-*lizard brain *the warrior *the beast

As you gather gratitude ,,, feel ,,, think you are almost sleepy ( feel it in your eyes ). This will slow your mind ,,, no effort is required ,,, just let the brain slow ,,, the mystic will enlighten the mammal ,,, the lizard mind slows, The warrior freezes

Remember the mammal is the lord over the lizard ,,, as this brings a plethora of new options for creation. The lizard only gives you two choices RUN or FIGHT. A woman (or man) of peace contemplates many choices as she embraces the peace that is always with her.

Paramount is love, as you enjoy each moment as it comes.



Print and read daily ,,, as your subconscious naturally will give you the ability to lower your brain waves at will.
