Change

Anytime you want to go through a change, you have to be aware of something. Your brain is going to fight back.  Your brain is completely content doing as little as necessary to survive and get by.  The last thing it wants is to do is change the same routine, the same habits, the same day to day systems that it has set up for you.  Change causes anguish and stress.  Understand that you will more than likely fail many times on whatever change you want to make in your life.  The thing to remember is that these are temporary in nature unless you allow them to dictate your life path.  If you desire something enough, you will put up with whatever setbacks that come your way because you see the light at the end of the tunnel.  You are not your mind.  Don't allow your mind to control you, control your mind.
